What it does
A log for the workouts you do. Build templates for your usual sessions (Push, Pull, Legs, or whatever you actually run). Start a workout, log exercises with sets and reps, save it to history.
How it works
Either pick a template or start fresh. Add exercises from the picker. Each exercise card pre-fills with last time’s weight and reps so you don’t have to remember. Tick off sets as you finish them; add a note for the session. If your phone reboots mid-workout, the session resumes from where it was.
Why it’s here
For people who already train and just want a tidy, private log without a social feed, a gamified score, or a subscription that grows over time. Pairs with Meal Planner and Habits if you want the full Health & habits lane.
